Diffusion dehydration model. Approximate theory of a stationary reaction front
A one-dimensional diffusion model is suggested for the stationary propagation of a dehydration process involving the formation of cracks in the product. Estimates for the velocity of the front propagation and for the crack-to-crack distance are obtained.
