Spin waves in thin films consisting of two different ferromagnetic materials

Amplitudes and energies of the spin-wave modes which propagate in the direction parallel to the surface in a thin film composed of the Ni and Fe layers are investigated within the framework of the band model. The process of the formation of the subband structure is presented.
