Substitution effects of yttrium in the BISCCO (2212) system
Structural, magnetic and superconducting properties are studied in the Bi 2 Sr 2 Ca 1− x Y x Cu 2 O 8+ δ system. The samples have shown a single phase Bi 2Sr 2CaCu 2O 8+δ structure. The highest T c, 93.5 K, is observed in the x = 0.1 composition, with a decrease in T c for x up to 0.3 concentration....
