Description
Summary:Spectral hole broadening of chlorin is polyvinylbutyral is investigated as a function of burning power and fluence by means of Stark spectroscopy starting from the lowest fluences. The hole broadening at the initial stage of burning is in agreement with the “classical” model of hole broadening. The power law Λ ∝ Pt 0.26 asymptote is found for the hole broadening in the high-fluences region. No additional broadening is obtained connected with light induced spectral diffusion.
