Nuclear spin-magnon relaxation in the ordered quadratic-layer Heisenberg antiferromagnets K2MnF4 and K2NiF4

The relaxation time T1 of 19F nuclei in K2MnF4 and K2NiF4 has been measured and rigorously calculated as a function of temperature and field.
