Summary: | This paper describes the construction and method of preparation of a three-limb amorphous magnetic circuit. The circuit consists of three single cores: two smaller cores of the same size, surrounded by a third larger one with appropriate window dimensions. The no-load loss and exciting power of the single cores have been investigated as a function of the magnetic induction and stresses applied to the third core. |
