The reaction 154Sm (p, t) 152Sm and further evidence for shape coexistence in 152Sm

Triton angular distributions are presented for the reaction 154Sm(p, t) 152Sm. The reaction fails to excite to a detectable degree the proposed “spherical” 0 + state at 1091 keV in 152Sm.
