Summary:Out of a total of 1.8 × 10 6 photographs of the 180 liter xenon bubble chamber exposed to a K + beam with 0.85 GeV/ c momentum, 632 identified K 0 → 3 π 0 decays were selected. The ratio of the CP violating to the CP conserving amplitudes η 000 = A( K 0 s → 3π 0) A( K 0 L → 3π 0) = (−0.08 ± 0.18) + i(−0.05 ± 0.27) was obtained. This result is compatible within one standard deviation with the value η 000 = 0 and is independent of any assumption about CPT invariance. Assuming CPT invariance and ΔI< 5 2 we obtained | η 000| 2
