Summary: | Possible special extensions of the Krichever-Novikov algebra are discussed. Among them there is one which can be interpreted as the closed algebra of constraints and subsidiary conditions in the theory of the boson string with the fixed topology world-sheet. Realization of the given algebra is obtained in terms of string variables. The conclusion is drawn that the symmetry of the quantum system studied is wider than the usual BRST invariance. |
