Summary:We study classical solutions of the SU(2) × SU(2) chiral theory (Skyrme model) interacting with gravity. we show that this model admits a surprisingly rich spectrum of asymptotically flat static spherically symmetric solutions, both with and without horizons. The stability of these solutions is also examined and the status of no-hair conjecture is elucidated.
