Proprietes magnetiques et structure magnetique du compose ErAl

ErAl shows metamagnetic properties below 10°K. The magnetic structure is non-colinear, the erbium moments are all parallel to the (001) plane and they are almost perpendicular to the chains of atoms which lie along [010].
