Spatial distribution of light emission from CdSe in acoustoelectric current unstable mode
Recombination radiation in acoustoelectric current unstable region in CdSe is reported here. The emission is confined to two peaks centered at 1.75 eV and 1.44 eV at 77°K. The 1.75 eV emission moves across the sample in the same way the “high field domain” does.
