Boundary conditions for Boltzmann equation and heat transfer between parallel plates

The methods developed for linear transport-relaxation equations are applied to establish boundary conditions for the linearized Boltzmann equation itself. Interfacial entropy production and reciprocity postulate play the decisive roles. Heat transfer between parallel plates as an example.
