Description
Summary:The transverse magnetoresistance of Brass and bronze have been measured in the temperature range of 77 to 300K. In both the materials Frank's quadratic law holds good for low field but the phenomenon of saturation which generally occurs at high field was observed for relatively low field in our case. This may be due to the fact that some parts of the samples are strongly alloyed and others are slightly alloyed so that the measurements represent an average.
