Organic-inorganic salts made by TTF and magnetic clusters

We present a first report of the new organic-inorganic salts formed by the organic donor TTF and the inorganic clusters [Co4(H2O)2(PW9O34)2]−10 and [Cr(OH)6Mo6O18]−3. We show that these metal oxide anions can be used successfully as magnetic components of radical ion salts based on TTF-type radicals...

Description
Summary:We present a first report of the new organic-inorganic salts formed by the organic donor TTF and the inorganic clusters [Co4(H2O)2(PW9O34)2]−10 and [Cr(OH)6Mo6O18]−3. We show that these metal oxide anions can be used successfully as magnetic components of radical ion salts based on TTF-type radicals. On the other hand, the magnetic features of these salts provide some evidence of the presence of substantial interactions between the two components.
