Relativistic nucleon-deuteron exchange scattering

Relativistic corrections to the one-nucleon-exchange contribution to elastic nucleon-deuteron scattering which are usually overlooked are discussed. Given the present state of knowledge of the deuteron vertex, their importance, except at the very lowest energies, is an open question.
