Summary: | By measuring the time dependence of a supercurrent induced in a ring patterned YBaCuO-film with a specially designed SQUID-magnetometer, isothermal current voltage (I–V)-characteristics can be determined. Combining this technique with standard transport measurements allows to obtain I–V characteristics spanning a range of V over 12 decades. The temperature dependence of the characteristics strongly supports a transition into a vortex-glass. |
