Durability changes of epoxy resins under action of protons and gamma rays

The tensile strength changes of Epoxy Resins under action of protons (9 MeV) and gamma-rays had an extreme character: dose dependence has maximum disposed at proton flux 1.2★10 cm (which accorded to absorbed dose 100 kGy) and about 1.5–2.0 MGy in the case of gamma-irradiation. The differences in rad...

Description
Summary:The tensile strength changes of Epoxy Resins under action of protons (9 MeV) and gamma-rays had an extreme character: dose dependence has maximum disposed at proton flux 1.2★10 cm (which accorded to absorbed dose 100 kGy) and about 1.5–2.0 MGy in the case of gamma-irradiation. The differences in radiation behavior of Epoxy Resins under proton and gamma-irradiation are discussed on track structure and percolation theory.
