Summary: | The application of a program written in BASIC for an IBM/PC interfaced with a commercial spectrofluorimeter enables variable-angle scanning fluorescence spectra to be obtained, without modification of the instrument. The technique is effective for determinations of the components of mixtures of carbaryl, fuberidazol and warfarin, all of which are pesticides with intrinsic fluorescence and closely overlapping profiles. The proposed method permitted simultaneous determinations with RSD of less than 2.5% and recoveries of 99–110%. |
