Summary: | In this paper manufacturing of metal parts with Free Form Fabrication, FFF is discussed. Thoughts and ideas has been inspired by the Theory of Inventive Problem Solving, TIPS. Principles and effects based on work by Altshuller has been combined with knowledge on FFF. The time frame has been limited to what is likely to be achieved within the next two years. Some promising ideas are the introduction of vibration and the use of multi phase materials. |
