Ro 22-1319 (2,6-dimethyl-3-ethyl-4i4a/5,6,7,8,8a,9-octahydro-4a,8a-trans-lH-pyrrolo[2,3-g]isoquinolin-4-one,HCl) is a new potent antipsychotic drug, supposingly with a weak cataleptogenic activity and a lack of autonomic liability (J. Med. Chem. 24, 1026, 1981).
