Description
Summary:A complete technique is presented which, with only minor changes determined by the protein in hand, is valuable as an analytic aid in the study of proteins in dilute or concentrated solution. The results on the changes in chymotrypsinogen on alkaline treatment are seen to be resolved only in dilute solution and the phenomenon was discovered by the use of this method.
