Summary: | Capillary isotachophoresis is frequently used in analytical practice for the determination of inorganic ions in various matrices. Proper selection of the separation conditions enables one to attain the maximum ratio of effective mobilities of the individual components of a mixture under analysis, and thus their mutual separation. This article examines possibilities of how to differentiate the effective mobilities of inorganic ions along with their use for the analysis of real samples. |
