Shaped melt column optimal choice on the basis of an equilibrium growth angle value
For the first time the relation between a shaped melt column height and a feeding melt pressure was obtained on the basis of an equilibrium growth angle value under the shaped crystal growth process. It was done by solving the Cauchy problem for the Laplace capillary equation. For the first time the...

Summary: | For the first time the relation between a shaped melt column height and a feeding melt pressure was obtained on the basis of an equilibrium growth angle value under the shaped crystal growth process. It was done by solving the Cauchy problem for the Laplace capillary equation. For the first time the iteration process has been used for obtaining the optimal profile curve. In this study, practical recommendations for the optimal crystal growth process were given. |
