Summary: | Visual acuity is tested by means of the recognition of simple mathematical objects. A comparison is made for the visual acuity at various brightness levels with white light and with Na-light for white objects on a white background and for white objects on a black background. The dependence on brightness of the recognition distance of the different objects comes out to differ greatly. In addition visual acuity is compared for one and two eyed seeing. |
