Summary: | A systematic study of nucleophilic displacement of mesyl groups using benzylamine was carried out on Multipin Synphase™ supports. The optimal conditions were applied for the combinatorial synthesis of polyamine derivatives from commercially available aminoalcohols and amines.
Using the ‘split-mix’ technique, a series of 16 individual polyamines was synthesised from commercially available aminoalcohols and amines. |
