Summary: | A comparative study has been undertaken between several properties of a terpolymer based on vinyl acetate/methyl methacrylate/acrylamide synthesized by radical emulsion polymerization without emulsifiers, obtained in or out of a magnetic field of 1300 G. The observed changes in the properties of polymers synthesized in the magnetic field are attributed to the catalytic effect of the field on the macromolecular chains, which can be deformed through growing of distance interactions and modification of angles between bonds. |
