Second-order optical nonlinearity of 6-(perfluoroalkyl)benzothiazolylazo dyes
The perfluorobutyl derivative showed a large second-order nonlinear optical coefficient ( d 33) and improved relaxation behavior in a series of 6-substituted benzothiazolylazo nonlinear optical chromophores (NLOphores).
