Summary: | Surface plasmon resonance spectroscopy has been used to study the effect of aqueous solution on plasma polymers of allylamine, di(ethylene glycol) mono vinyl ether and maleic anhydride deposited at either continuous wave or pulsed plasma conditions. The behaviour of the films in aqueous solution was found to be dependant upon the plasma conditions used and can generally be correlated to the chemical structure of the film. |
