Summary:We study the lepton-flavour violating Z 0 decays in a minimal supersymmetric standard model with explicitly broken R-parity via L-violation. These rare decays arise as a single loop effect mediated by scalar fermions and are found to be dominated by top quark in the loop. We obtain a combined fit to the available limits on the decays Z 0→l a l ̄ b(a≠b; a, b= e, μ, τ) which imposes certain limits on the products of couplings arising from the LQ d c operator of the superpotential.
