Summary:Perturbation theory at exact resonance in the stimulated Cherenkov process is developed. Utilizing the secular equation, because of the double degeneracy of the particle states in the longitudinal momentum, the dynamics of scalar as well as spinor particles in the presence of a plane electromagnetic wave field in a medium is described. The corresponding zone structure is confirmed.
