Experimental observation of fluxon bunching in Josephson tunnel junctions

The bunching of moving magnetic flux quanta (fluxons) of the same vorticity has been observed in experiments with annular Josephson tunnel junctions by means of spatially resolving measurements using low-temperature scanning electron microscopy.
