Magnetic characterisation of pyrocarbon films obtained by chemical vapour deposition on alumina
Pyrolytic carbon films deposited on alumina substrates by chemical vapour deposition starting from methane are analysed by measurement of static magnetic susceptibility, electron spin resonance and proton Overhauser shift.
