Electric field-assisted femtosecond pump-probe spectroscopy in organic light emitting diodes
The electric-field assisted pump-probe technique is applied to organic light emitting diodes. Results demonstrate the potential of this new experimental approach, which combines the selectivity of a modulation technique to the time resolution of optical correlated detection. Summary: | The electric-field assisted pump-probe technique is applied to organic light emitting diodes. Results demonstrate the potential of this new experimental approach, which combines the selectivity of a modulation technique to the time resolution of optical correlated detection. It is shown that the dynamics allows separating Stark-effects, which are instantaneous, and population changes, which can be time resolved. |
