Summary: | The analysis codes of neutronics, thermal-hydraulics and radioactivity and after-heat calculation are developed and briefly introduced. A multi-function blanket is studied. The analysis shows that the blanket can transmute almost all the HLW loaded, breed large amounts of fissile material and, meanwhile, output a large amount of thermal power during a 30-year operation time. The blanket with its driver is verified as a radioactivity clean nuclear power system. |
