Summary:As interest in neutrino oscillations has grown - spurred on by recent new results from Super-Kamiokande, K2K and SNO - plans for new experiments to study these phenomena in detail are moving forward. Here we summarize proposals for future atmospheric and accelerator experiments, concentrating on the reasonably near future, say the next decade. We give some attention to proposed superbeams, but not to neutrino factories, which lie farther in the future and are addressed elsewhere in these Proceedings.
