Summary:A large current is advantageous in many cases for experiments and applications: it is easier to measure and it is easier to provide sufficient decoupling from the environmental noise. We are discussing possibilities to have coherent arrays of superfluid Josephson junctions with an arbitrary large total current (at least in 4He where problems with textures are absent).
