Fabrication of NdBaCuO single crystal by a flux method

NdBa 2Cu 3O y single crystal was fabricated by a flux method. X-ray powder diffraction pattern and Laue pattern show that the grown crystal is nearly perfect and has perovskite structure with the lattice constant of a=b=0.391nm, c=1.17nm.
