Summary:Possibilities of practical application of amorphous chalcogenide semiconductors obtained in the form of bulk glasses as radiationsensitive elements of solid-state dosimetric systems for high-energy ionizing radiation are analysed. It is established that the most suitable for this purpose are sensors based on the electrical and photoelectrical properties of the investigated materials.
