The fabrication of a 1×8 linear array high Tc superconductive infrared detector
A high T c superconducting 1×8 elements infrared detector has been fabricated by using YBa 2Cu 3O 7 film. Optical measurements gave moderate performance as individual sensitive element. The detectivity D * is decreased to 10 8–10 9 cm Hz 1/2 W −1. Operation temperature is T c=89 K.
