Summary: | In this letter, an improved sampling frequency offset (SFO) estimation scheme is proposed for an orthogonal frequency division multiplexing based digital radio mondiale (DRM) system. An analytical closed-form expression of the mean square error is derived for the proposed SFO synchronization scheme. The new scheme is demonstrated and verified under simulations carried out within the framework of DRM systems. |
