Summary:A piezoelectric energy harvester based on center of gravity shift is proposed in this paper. The structure uses the external excitation to cause the internal center of gravity to shift, to realize the capture and transformation of the random direction excitation. Change the height of the support column to adjust the tilt of the turntable, increase the number of metal balls to increase the weight of the turntable and the inertia of the turntable. Test the performance output of the structure under different variables and compare to get the best combination of variables. The experimental results show that the maximum voltage is 12.67 V and the maximum power is 1.553 mW when the support column height is 75 mm and the number of metal balls is 15. Under the optimal variable combination, the power supply capability of the structure is verified. The results show that the structure can supply power stably to sensors and 40 LEDs. The performance of the device is verified in real water flow environment. The esp32 was powered by a 40mAh button battery, and the results showed that the structure could extend the battery life of the button battery from 562 min to 589 min. As a floating energy device, the structure can improve the endurance of traditional batteries to a certain extent.
