Summary: | In this work, A ultrasonic assisted method was presented for etching and delaminating Ti3C2 Mxene. With the help of ultrasonic cavitation, the process of etching in hydrofluoric acid (HF) was greatly shortened from 24 h to 4 h, and the delamination effectuated simultaneously. Delamination rate as high as 46% for mixture of delaminated Mxene flakes and accordion-like clay samples was achieved. |
