Summary: | In the context of achieving carbon neutrality, dielectric capacitors have garnered significant attention due to their inherent advantages, including rapid charge and discharge capabilities, high power density, and extended service life. Nevertheless, contemporary lead-free dielectric capacitors encounter challenges such as insufficient energy storage density, suboptimal energy storage efficiency, and inadequate temperature stability. To address these issues, we have chosen the lead-free (Bi0.5Na0.5)0.65Sr0.35TiO3 ceramic as the foundational system. Through the addition of Bi(Zn0.5Sn0.5)O3 for doping modification, this study focuses on optimizing the energy storage characteristics. The results demonstrate an achieved energy storage density of 4.34 J/cm3 and an energy storage efficiency of 84.1% at 358 kV/cm. These findings offer valuable insights for the advancement of lead-free ceramics in the realm of dielectric energy storage. |
