Description
Summary:Grouting is a method of injecting certain solidifying slurries into cracks or pores of geotechnical foundations to improve their physical and mechanical properties. At present, grouting is widely used in building lifting and deflection correction. However, in the current research, there is a lack of research on the relationship between the grouting lifting effect and the upper load, which leads to the irrational design of the grouting program. Therefore, this study analyzes the influence mechanism of different upper loads and the distance between the loads and the grouting area on the grouting effect by constructing a numerical calculation model. The calculation results show that: the upper load will obviously affect the grouting lifting effect; when the load is closer to the grouting holes, the upper load will obviously inhibit the grouting lifting; while when the load is farther from the grouting holes, although the overall lifting effect will still be inhibited, the upper load will promote the lifting of the center of the grouted reinforced area. While, according to numerical simulation the lift directly above the reinforced area of C3 increase 13.7 % increase over non-load condition. And the influence range of the upper load on the grouting lifting effect is 2.0–2.5 m.
