Summary: | Fluorescence yield (FY) soft X-ray absorption (SXA) spectra from electrolytes, aqueous complexes and biomolecules in liquid environment are presented in order to demonstrate the capabilities of a newly designed liquid sample cell which is compatible with ultra high vacuum environments. Changes of the electronic structure are observed in sodium electrolytes as a function of concentration and solvent. |
