Summary:Abstract Splenogonadal fusion (SGF) is rare. It arises during the 5th to 8th week of gestation and it is commonly diagnosed associated to other deformities, as an unknown testicular mass, or an incidental finding during an orchidopexy. We report a case of a 2 year old child with a continuous type splenogonadal fusion presenting as an incarcerated symptomatic inguinal hernia.
