Summary:The aim of this study is to determine the prevalence of sleep-related breathing disorders(SRBD) in patients who applied to pediatric dentistry clinic and to evaluate the factors associated with dental findings. 165 patients between the ages of 2-18 who applied to pediatric dentistry clinic for treatment between January and March,2024 were included in this study. Ethical approval of the study was approved by the Istanbul University-Cerrahpaşa Non-Interventional Clinical Research Ethics Committee(2024/03). Detailed anamnesis of the patients was taken and clinical examination was performed. Afterwards, the children's Pediatric Sleep Questionnaire(PSQ) scores were determined by using the PSQ. In the statistical analysis of the collected data, descriptive statistical methods and Chi-Square test were used. The mean age of children participating in the study, 43.6% boys and 56.4% girls, was calculated as 8.03±2.65. A total of 10.3% of the children had a PSQ score of 0.33 or higher (risky group), and anamnesis findings revealed that, the rate of PSQ score of 0.33 or higher was statistically significantly higher in children with allergies and those on medication(p
