Summary: | This paper discusses theoretical problems connected with analysis of integrated control mechanisms for the organizational- technical systems (OTS). The existing classification of these systems is extended using transition from separate control mechanisms to integrated ones. A detailed consideration is given to a key problem, i.e., efficiency assessment for an integrated mechanism and its decomposition into assessments for separate elementary mechanisms. |
