RETRACTED: Addition or removal of guideline directed medical therapy in ambulatory patients with heart failure with reduced ejection fraction relative to change in symptom severity: An analysis from the PINNACLE (Practice Innovation and Clinical Excellence) Registry

During a data quality check on the source of the data, the American College of Cardiology (ACC) National Cardiovascular Data Registry (NCDR), discovered a transfer error of the medication data in V 1.5 of the PINNACLE database used in the preparation of the manuscript. This transfer error was not present in previous transfers of the data. As ACC determines what effect this error may have had on the research correspondence results, the authors have requested that this article be retracted. The analytic center will re-run the analysis as soon as the corrected PINNACLE database transfer is available. Once the analyses are rerun, the authors plan to resubmit for publication.
